Abstract

Migrace v kontextu ekonomického vývoje České republiky

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda má migrace vliv na ekonomický vývoj České republiky. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. V první kapitole, která je teoretickou částí, se bakalářská práce zabývá teoriemi migrace, základními pojmy, jejími příčinami a důsledky. V další kapitole, empirické části, je vysvětlován vliv migrace na ekonomický vývoj, a to z pohledu trhu práce, lidského kapitálu a remitencí. Na závěr této kapitoly je uvedeno dílčí shrnutí. V poslední třetí kapitole je pomocí deskriptivní analýzy popsán vliv migrace na ekonomický vývoj České republiky. Je zde uvedena věková, vzdělanostní i národnostní struktura migrantů ČR a následně jejich vliv na ekonomický vývoj této země. Jsou zde uvedeny i doporučení, která jsou stanovena na základě provedené analýzy a která by měla vést ke zlepšení ekonomického vývoje ČR.

Migration in the Context of Economic Development of Czech Republic

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to discover if the migration influences the economic development of Czech Republic. The dissertation is structured into three chapters. In the first, theoretical part, the thesis deals with the theory of migration, basic terms, it´s causes and consequences. In second, empirical part, the impact on the economic development is explained, specificaly from the point of view of the labor market, human resources and remittances. A sectional conclusion is stated at the end of this chapter. The influence of the migration on the economic development of Czech Republic is depicted with the aid of the descriptive analysis in the last, third chapter. There is the age, educational and national structure of the czech migrates given, and subsequently their influence on the economic development of the country is discussed. The recommendations, which are determined based on the acomplished analysis, are stated here as well and they should lead to the improvement of the economic development of Czech Republic.
