Hospodaření v oblasti technické infrastruktury v podmínkách města Čadca

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zajišťování služeb v oblasti technické infrastruktury, a to zejména na municipální úrovni. Tato problematika je aplikována v podmínkách města Čadca, které služby technické infrastruktury zajišťuje prostřednictvím své příspěvkové organizace - Městského podniku služeb v Čadci. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit hospodaření Městského podniku služeb za období 2009 - 2013 a předložit návrh rozvoje služeb v jedné z oblastí technické infrastruktury. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní charakteristiku oblasti technické infrastruktury a specifika jednotlivých odvětví na národní úrovni. Následně je v praktické části uvedena charakteristika města Čadca a Městského podniku služeb, na kterou navazuje analýza hospodaření za sledované období. Poslední část se zabývá zhodnocením hospodaření a řeší návrh rozvoje služeb, konkrétně projekt revitalizace městského parku v Čadci včetně jeho finančního zajištění.

This thesis deals with the provision of services in the field of technical infrastructure, particularly at the municipal level. This issue is applied in terms of Čadca, which provides the technical infrastructure services through its contributory organization - Municipal services company in Čadca. The goal of the thesis is to analyze and evaluate the economy of Municipal services company for the period of years 2009 - 2013 and submit a proposal for developing services in one of the technical infrastructure areas. The theoretical part of the work defines the basic characteristics of the technical infrastructure and the specifics of each sector at the national level. Subsequently, the practical part is stating the characteristics of Čadca town and Municipal services company, which is followed by the analysis of economy for the particularreported period. The last section addresses the assessment of economyand deals withthe proposal for developing services, namely the project of revitalization of urban park in Čadca including its financial reinsurance.
