Liberalizace mezinárodního obchodu a vstup Ruska do WTO

Abstract

Cílem mé diplomové práce je zhodnocení dosavadního procesu liberalizace mezinárodního obchodu, vymezení příčin současné stagnace v jednáních ve WTO a dále identifikace dopadů vstupu Ruska do WTO na jeho obchodní výměnu s Evropskou unií. Práce obsahuje pět kapitol; kromě úvodu a závěru celkem tři tematicky zaměřené. První z nich uvádí do problematiky za pomoci teoretického vymezení mezinárodní obchodní politiky a jejích nástrojů. Druhá pak popisuje a zhodnocuje samotný proces liberalizace mezinárodního obchodu od konce druhé světové války až do současnosti. Je zde popsána funkce GATT a posléze i WTO, včetně jejího současného stavu. Třetí tematická kapitola se soustředí na dlouhý přístupový proces Ruska do WTO. V tomto kontextu jsou také zkoumány zahraničně – obchodní vztahy Ruska s Evropskou unií i změny v celkovém zahraničním obchodě země. Při zpracování práce byly použity knižní zdroje týkající se mezinárodní obchodní politiky a také data ze Statistického úřadu Ruska, popřípadě informace z dalších odborných článků a periodik.

The aim of my thesis is to evaluate the current process of liberalization of international trade , the definition of the causes of the current impasse in the negotiations in the WTO and further identification of the impact of Russian accession to the WTO on its trade with the European Union . The thesis contains five chapters; except for the introduction and conclusion three thematically . The first one introduces the definition of the international trade policy and its instruments . The second describes and evaluates the actual process of liberalization of international trade since the Second World War to the present. It described the functions of GATT and then the WTO , including its current state. The third thematic chapter focuses on the long process of accession of Russia to the WTO. In this context , also examines the foreign - trade relations between Russia and the European Union as well as changes in the total foreign trade of the country. While thesis processing been used books sources concerning international trade policy as well as data from the Statistical Office of Russia, or information from other papers and periodicals.
