KOMPARACE REGIONÁLNÍCH DISPARIT FRANCIE A NĚMECKA

Cílem diplomové práce je hodnocení a komparace vybraných ukazatelů regionálních disparit Francie a Německa na úrovni regionů NUTS 2 ve zvoleném desetiletém referenčním období 2002 až 2011 s využitím integrovaného přístupu k měření regionálních disparit.

První obsahová kapitola nastiňuje teoretická východiska regionálních disparit a koncept soudržnosti v Evropské unii, kde jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které jsou pro tuto problematiku typické. Pozornost je věnována také regionálním disparitám a soudržnosti v podmínkách Evropské unie, ukazatelům regionálních disparit a metodám pro měření a hodnocení regionálních disparit. Druhá obsahová kapitola je zaměřena na situační analýzu a regionální strukturu Francie a Německa. Zde je uvedena charakteristika obyvatelstva, politického systému, ekonomická situace, trh práce a zahraniční obchod těchto zemí. Dále tato kapitola zahrnuje administrativně-správní členění Francie a Německa a jejich členění dle evropské klasifikace statistických jednotek NUTS.

Třetí obsahová kapitola je věnována charakteristice datové základny a metodám použitých pro analýzu regionálních disparit francouzských a německých regionů NUTS 2. Hlavní pozornost je zde věnována analýze, hodnocení a komparaci regionálních disparit na základě vybraných ukazatelů ve zvoleném referenčním období pomocí metody semaforu, bodové metody, agregovaného syntetického indexu disparit vypočteného na základě bodové metody a na základě normované proměnné a váženého agregovaného syntetického indexu disparit.

COMPARISON OF REGIONAL DISPARITIES IN FRANCE AND GERMANY

The aim of the diploma thesis is the evaluation and comparison of selected indicators of regional disparities of France and Germany at the NUTS 2 regions in the selected ten-year reference period 2002-2011 using an integrated approach to measuring regional disparities.

The first content chapter outlines the theoretical basis of regional disparities and the concept of cohesion in the European Union where there are defined the basic concepts which are typical for this issue. Attention is also paid to regional disparities and cohesion in terms of the European Union, regional disparities indicators and methods for measuring and assessing regional disparities. The second content chapter is focused on situational analysis and regional structure of France and Germany. Here is shown the characteristics of the population, political system, economic situation, labor market and foreign trade of these countries. In addition, this chapter includes administrative division of France and Germany, and their division according to the classification of statistical units NUTS.

The third content chapter is devoted to characteristics of the data bases and methods used to analyze the regional disparities in French and Germany NUTS 2 regions. The main attention is paid to the analysis, evaluation and comparison of regional disparities on the basis of selected indicators in the selected reference period using the traffic light method, point method, aggregate synthetic index of disparities based on point method and the standard variable method and weighted aggregate synthetic index of disparities.
