Energetická bezpečnost Evropské unie a její vztahy s Ruskou federací

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou energetické bezpečnosti Evropské unie a jejími vztahy s Ruskou federací. Cílem této práce bylo vymezení energetické bezpečnosti a vnější energetické politiky Evropské unie, charakteristika jejích vztahů s Ruskou federací a následné vyhodnocení vzájemné interdependence v oblasti energetiky. První část práce obsahuje obecnou definici energetické bezpečnosti, formování vnější energetické politiky Evropské unie v základních dokumentech a charakteristiku vnější dimenze energetické politiky Evropské unie. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na Energetický dialog EU-Rusko a jeho institucionální zabezpečení, úspěchy či problémové body spolupráce. Třetí část se zabývá charakteristikou vzájemné závislosti mezi Evropskou unií a Ruskou federací v energetické oblasti.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the energy security of the European Union and its relations with the Russian Federation. The target of this work is to describe energy security and external energy policy of the European Union, characterize its relations with the Russian Federation and compare mutual interdependence in the energy sector. The thesis is divided to three main parts. The first part contains of general definition of energy security, formation of external energy policy of the European Union in the constitutional documents and the characterization of the external dimension of the European Union‘s energy policy. The second part is focuses on The EU-Russia Energy Dialogue and its institution, achievements or problematic areas of the cooperation. The third part deals with the characteristics of interdependence between the European Union and the Russian Federation in the field of energy.
