Hospodaření Centra kultury a vzdělávání Moravská Ostrava

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hospodaření Centra kultury a vzdělávání Moravská Ostrava, příspěvková organizace. Jde o příspěvkovou organizaci zřízenou územním samosprávným celkem. Cílem práce je na základě provedení analýzy hospodaření této příspěvkové organizace formulovat vhodná doporučení k optimalizaci financování činností organizace. V teoretické části práce je popsáno financování regionální kultury prostřednictvím příspěvkových organizací územních samosprávných celků a problematika příspěvkových organizací. Na základě teoretických poznatků z první části práce je druhá část zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření organizace. V této části je charakterizována příspěvková organizace a dále její hospodaření v letech 2008 – 2012, a to jak z hlavní tak doplňkové činnosti. Třetí část práce, obsahuje zhodnocení hospodaření Centra kultury a vzdělávání Moravská Ostrava, p. o. za pět let a doporučení k optimalizaci financování organizace.

This master thesis is aimed on the Culture and Education Centre of Moravská Ostrava, contributory organization financial management. It is an organization founded by a local authority. The main purpose of the thesis is to formulate some appropriate recommendations to optimize the financing activities of the organization, based on the analysis of contributory organization financial management. The theoretical part describes the regional culture financing through the local authority contributory organizations and their issues. The second part focuses on the financial management of the organization, based od the theoretical knowledge from the first, theoretical part. The contributory organization and its financial management during years 2008 – 2012 both, the main and supplementary activities are characterized in this section. The third part includes the evaluation of the Culture and Education Centre of Moravská Ostrava, contributory organization financial management for the period of five years and some recommendations how to optimize the financing of the organization.
