Analýza hospodaření České průmyslové zdravotní pojišťovny

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je analýza hospodaření České průmyslové zdravotní pojišťovny. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku zdravotního pojištění a účetnictví zdravotních pojišťoven. Druhá kapitola popisuje právní úpravu zdravotního pojištění, vznik a zánik zdravotních pojišťoven, zdravotního pojištění, výši pojistného. V druhé kapitole je představena Česká průmyslová zdravotní pojišťovna. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na způsoby tvorby a čerpání jednotlivých fondů České průmyslové zdravotní pojišťovny. V třetí kapitole je provedeno vyhodnocení jednotlivých fondů České průmyslové zdravotní pojišťovny. Čtvrtá kapitola je věnována analýze hospodaření a analýze rozvahy. Jsou popsány jednotlivé položky aktiv a pasiv rozvahy a výroční zprávy. Ve čtvrté kapitole je představena auditorská společnost, která prováděla audit výročních zpráv a účetních závěrek hodnocených účetních období a jsou popsány výroky auditora v jednotlivých letech.

The topic of this thesis is the economic analysis of The Czech Health Insurence Industry.The thesis is focused on the characteristics of health insurance and the characteristics of health insurance companies. The second chapter describes the legal administration of the health insurance, the formation and forfeiture of health insurance companies, health insurance and the level of the health insurance. In the second chapter e Czech Health Insurence Industry is introduced. The third chapter is focused on the ways of creating and winthdrawing of particular funds of The Czech Health Insurence Industry. In the third chapter the evaluation of the particular funds of The Czech Health Insurence Industry is described. The fourth chaptur is focused on the analysis of managing and the balance sheet of The Czech Health Insurence Industry . The particular items of assets and debts of a balance sheet and of annual report are described. In the fourth chapter the audit firm, who was responsible for auditing of annual report and the financial statements of evaluated accounting periods are introduced and here are also stated the auditor’s opinions in particular years.
