Státní bytová politika České republiky

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce postihuje státní bytovou politiku České republiky, zejména analyzuje vybrané nástroje bytové politiky v jednotlivých krajích České republiky v pětiletém období let 2009 až 2013. První teoretická část vymezuje základní teoretická východiska z oblasti bydlení a bytové politiky. Objasňuje vývoj bytové politiky na území České republiky od 19. Století do současnosti, zahrnuje sektory, subjekty a nástroje bytové politiky. Druhá praktická část se zabývá analýzou vybraných nástrojů bytové politiky v jednotlivých krajích České republiky a jejich zhodnocením na základě stanovených kritérií. Závěr práce shrnuje výsledky, které byly metodami zkoumání získány, a navrhuje možná řešení.

This thesis affects the National Housing Policy of the Czech Republic, in particular analyzes of selected housing policy instruments in different regions of the Czech Republic in the five-year period from 2009 to 2013. Theoretical first part defines the fundamental theoretical aspects of housing and housing policy. It explains the development of housing policy in the Czech Republic since the 19th century to the present, includes sectors, actors and instruments of housing policy. The second part deals with the practical analysis of selected housing policy instruments in different regions of the Czech Republic and their evaluation based on established criteria. The conclusion summarizes the results that were obtained by methods of investigation and suggests possible solutions.
