Analýza trhu s byty ve vybrané lokalitě

Abstract

V teoretické části mé diplomové práce nejprve definuji základní pojmy vztahující se k dané problematice. Zaměřuji se tedy na pojem bydlení a především pak na jeho charakteristiku a specifikaci. Protože v práci sleduji trh s byty, část teoretické části jsem se zde rovněž zaměřila na sledování bytu jako statku, nabídce a poptávce na trhu s byty a z velké části jsem se soustředila na modely trhů s byty. V této části se zabývám tím, jaké modely trhů s byty mohou nastat v odlišných přístupech státní politiky, respektive podle intervence státu na tyto trhy. V praktické části své diplomové práce se věnuji analýze trhu s byty na prodej v osobním a družstevním vlastnictví a také bytům nabízených na pronájem.

In the theoretical part of my thesis I define the basic concepts related to the issues. I focus on the concept of living and especially on its characteristics and specification. Because I am interested in the housing market in my thesis, one part of the theoretical part I also focus on watching the apartment as a part of market as well as on models of the housing market. In this section, I describe what models of the housing market may occur in different government policy, or by state intervention in these markets. In the practical part of my thesis I am devoted to analysis of the market with apartments for sale in private and socially owned flats and also in flats offered for rent.
