Registrace všech odběrných míst v systému operátora trhu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje procesu registrace odběrných míst v systému operátora trhu v České republice. Druhá kapitola, která následuje za úvodem, je věnována vysvětlení základních pojmů, vymezení legislativních požadavků a důvodů, které vedly k liberalizaci trhu s elektřinou a plynem a vysvětlení rolí účastníků trhu a procesům které na trhu probíhají. Ve třetí kapitole je popsán současný stav registrace odběrných míst v systému operátora trhu. Čtvrtá kapitola navrhuje případnou změnu současného stavu tak, aby konvergoval s požadavky evropské legislativy. V páté kapitole jsou vyjádřeny dopady nového způsobu registrace do legislativy a regulovaných cen. Výsledky jsou shrnuty v závěru práce.

This thesis is devoted to the registration of process in the market of operatotion system in the Czech Republic. The second capture, which is followed by the introduction, is devoted to the outlining legislative requirements, which are led to the liberalization of the electricity and gas market in the Czech Republic and to description of the market with participants´ role and basic processes on the market. In the third charter, there is the description of the current status of the registration of delivery points in the market operator system. The fourth chapter proposes possible changes in the current state, so that would be convergeded with the requirements of European legislation. In the fifth charter, there are presented the effects of new methods of registration to legislation and regulated prices. The results are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis.
