Zhodnocení výkonnosti vybraných strojírenských podniků

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší problematiku zhodnocení výkonnosti vybraných strojírenských podniků. Část práce, nazvaná jako Teoreticko-metodologická východiska výkonnosti podniku, je tvořena těmi nejdůležitějšími pojmy, které se snažila autorka objasnit za pomoci odborné literatury a vědomostí, kterých nabyla během studia. V praktické části je představen strojírenský podnik Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC Czech s.r.o. a jeho budoucí konkurenti. Snahou autorky bylo porovnat výkonnost vybraných strojírenských podniků s použitím metod, jako finanční analýza, bankrotní a bonitní modely a jiné. Výstupem práce bylo zjištění, jak si podnik Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC Czech s.r.o. vede mezi vybranými konkurenty. Po zjištění současné situace podniku Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC Czech s.r.o. autorka navrhla řadu změn. Využitím návrhů změn a doporučení se stane podnik Behr Bircher BBC Czech s.r.o. v dalších letech výkonnější.

Thesis addresses the issue of evaluation of the performance of selected engineering companies. One part of this thesis named Theoretical-methodological solutions for the efficiency of enterprises consist of the most important terms, which the author tried to explain and define using the special litterature and her own gained knowledge. An engineering company Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC Czech s.r.o. and its potential competitors are introduced in the practical part of this diploma work. The author´s aim was to compare the efficiency of selected engineering enterprises using special methods such as financial analysis, bankruptcy and credibility models etc. The result of this thesis was an evaluation of the position of Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC Czech s.r.o. among some of its competitors. Based on this evaluation the author suggested certain changes and improvements. In the company Behr Bircher Cellpack BBC Czech s.r.o. realizes those suggestions and recommendations, it will surely become more efficient in the following years.
