Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zhodnotit výkonnost společnosti Dalkia Industry CZ, a.s. Na základě provedených analýz byla sestavena doporučení pro zlepšení současné situace. Práce má dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů týkajících se výkonnosti. Dále zde byly představeny metody, pomocí kterých byla výkonnost společnosti posuzována. Na teorii navazuje praktická část, kde byla představena společnost Dalkia a dále zde byly popsány výsledky jednotlivých analýz. Mezi nejvýznamnějšími metodami, které byly v této práci použity, jsou PEST analýza, finanční analýza, která zahrnuje horizontální a vertikální analýzu, analýzu poměrových ukazatelů, bankrotní a bonitní modely, ekonomickou přidanou hodnotu a benchmarking. V závěru práce je shrnuta aktuální finanční situace společnosti a jsou zde navržena opatření.

The aim of this work was to evaluate the performance of the company Dalkia Industry CZ, a.s. Based on the analyzes were compiled recommendations for improving the current situation . The work has two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of basic concepts relating to performance. There were also the methods by which the performance of the company assessed. On the theory followed by the practical part, where Dalkia was introduced and further here were the results of the analyzes described. Among the most significant methods that were used in this work are PEST analysis, financial analysis, which includes horizontal and vertical analysis, analysis of financial ratios, bankruptcy and credibility models, economic value added and benchmarking. The conclusion summarizes the current financial situation and proposes measures.
