Východní partnerství Evropské unie

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá Východním partnerstvím Evropské unie. Cílem je zjistit a vyhodnotit efekty spolupráce východních partnerů s EU, predikovat možný budoucí vývoj vycházející z takto nastavené spolupráce a získat komplexní informace o aktuálním dění v tomto uskupení. Kapitola „Východní partnerství jako součást evropské politiky sousedství“ je zaměřena na vývoj Evropské politiky sousedství, její nástroje a cíle. Dále je zde věnována pozornost původu programu Východního partnerství, celému jeho formování a rozpočtu na období 2010-2013, je zde také uvedeno zapojení východních partnerů do projektů v rámci sedmého rámcového programu. V kapitole “Vzájemná spolupráce východních partnerů s EU“ jsou krátce charakterizováni jednotliví východní partneři, dohody, díky nimž dané státy s EU spolupracují a také vazby mezi jednotlivými východními partnery a EU. Větší pozornost je věnována Ukrajině, vzhledem k nynější situaci na poloostrově Krym. Kapitola „Efekty spolupráce východních partnerů s EU“ je zaměřena na ekonomické efekty ze spolupráce zemí Východního partnerství. Detailněji je tato kapitola zaměřena na budoucnost Ukrajiny.

This bachelor thesis deals with the Eastern partnership of the EU. The objective of this work is to identify and evaluate effects of cooperation between Eastern partners and the EU, to predict probable future development which have been established from existing cooperation, further this dissertation acquires complex information about current events in this formation. The chapter „Eastern partnership as a part of the European neighbourhood policy“ focuses on development of the European neighbourhood policy, its tools and goals. Additionally the attention shift towards the origin of Eastern partnership program, to all moreover this work investigates the shaping process of this program and the/its budget for 2010–2013 period, at the end of the chapter is stated the engagement of eastern partners in the frame of the 7th framework program. In the chapter „The mutual cooperation of eastern partners with EU“ are shortly characterized particular eastern partners, agreements, which are obeyed by the states while cooperating with the EU and also connections between individual eastern partners and the EU. Furthermore, this dissertation includes the current Crimea crisis. The last chapter „Effects of the cooperation and prediction of the future development” focuses on economical effects from cooperation of Eastern partnership members. This thesis investigates the future development of Ukraine in details.
