Demografický vývoj a český důchodový systém

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce "Demografický vývoj a český důchodový systém" je zaměřena na problematiku vlivu stárnutí populace na penzijní systém České republiky. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit budoucí demografický vývoj obyvatelstva ČR podle současné demografické prognózy a posoudit udržitelnost českého důchodového systému s ohledem na demografické stárnutí obyvatelstva. Práce je rozdělena do tří základních kapitol. První kapitola popisuje teoretická východiska demografického stárnutí, populačních prognóz a penzijních systémů, včetně penzijního systému České republiky. Další část je věnována dopadům stárnutí obyvatelstva na důchodové systémy evropských zemí. Poslední kapitola zkoumá vliv demografického vývoje na současný důchodový systém v České republice. Její součástí je důchodová reforma ČR a projekce obyvatelstva ČR od roku 2013 až do roku 2100 vydaná Českým statistickým úřadem. Dále kapitola obsahuje odhad hospodaření systému důchodového pojištění České republiky v letech 2011-2101, z něhož vyplývá, že průběžně financovaný důchodový systém není do budoucna udržitelný, a proto musí být reformován.

This bachelor´s thesis „The demographic development and the Czech pension system“ is focused on the issue of influence of aging population on the pension system in the Czech Republic. The objective of this work is to evaluate the future demographic development of population in the Czech Republic by the current demographic forecast and to assess the sustainability of the Czech pension system with regard to demographic aging population. The work is divided into the three primary chapters. The first chapter describes the theoretical starting points of demographic aging, population forecasts and pension systems, including the pension system in the Czech Republic. Another section is devoted to the impacts of population aging on the pension systems in the European countries. The last chapter explores the influence of demographic development on the current pension system in the Czech Republic. It includes a pension reform in the Czech Republic and a population projection in the Czech Republic from 2013 to 2100 published by the Czech Statistical Office. The chapter further contains an estimate of the economy pension insurance system in the Czech Republic in the years 2011-2101, from which results, that the pension system running funded is not sustainable in the future and therefore it must be reformed.
