Vinařský cestovní ruch v České republice

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na Vinařský cestovní ruch v České republice a je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V první, teoretické, části je zahrnuta kapitola o cestovním ruchu obecně, vývoji vinařství v podmínkách České republiky a analýze vybrané vinařské oblasti, kterou je Slovácko. Praktická část se zaměřuje na vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření a shrnutí celého výzkumu. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo na pěti výstavách vína, kde byly také poskytnuty rozhovory s pořadateli. Tyto rozhovory jsou součástí praktické části.

The thesis is focused on the Wine tourism in the Czech Republic and is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The first, theoretical part includes a chapter on tourism in general, the development of viticulture in the Czech Republic and analysis of selected wine region, which is called Slovácko. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the survey and a summary of the research. The questionnaire survey was conducted in five wine exhibitions, where the organizers were also interviewed. These interviews are part of the practical part.
