| dc.description.abstract | Tématem bakalářské práce je financování společenství vlastníků jednotek. Cílem bakalářské práce je poskytnutí informací o společenství vlastníků jednotek a porovnání finančních produktů poskytovaných tuzemskými institucemi. Teoretická část zahrnuje charakteristiku společenství vlastníků jednotek. V praktické části jsou vyjmenovány všechny způsoby financování oprav a modernizace domu a následné propočty úvěrů. Z kalkulací úvěrů následně vyplyne, který je nejefektivnější a nejvhodnější pro financování oprav a modernizaci domu. | cs |

The target of this work is to provide information on the flat unit owners community and compare financial products provided by domestic institutions. The theoretical part includes the characteristics of unit owners. In the practical part are listed all methods of financing the repairs and modernization of the house and the subsequent calculations loans. Of loans calculation subsequently results, which of them is the most effective and suitable for the funding to repair and modernization a house. | en |
