Rozpočet a financování státní reprezentace v Taekwondo ITF

Abstract

V bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na rozpočet a financování reprezentace. Pro svůj výzkum jsem si vybrala Taekwon-do ITF. Provedla jsem SWOT analýzu a rozhovor se sportovním manažerem reprezentace. Cílem je sestavit rozpočet pro dotaci na rok 2014. Zkoumala jsem chod Českého svazu TKD, chod reprezentace, rozpočty reprezentace v letech 2011, 2012 a 2013,podrobný rozpočet v roce 2013. V závěru práce jsem shrnula výsledky a doporučila změny.

I focused on budget and financing of National team. I choose Taekwon-do National team. I did SWOT analysis and interview with sports manager. The aim of this thesis is calculated budget for grant 2014. I focused on Czech Association Taekwon-do ITF, Taekwon-do National team, budgets in 2011, 2012, 2013, detailed budget in 2013. In the end of my thesis I summarized the results of my research and reccomended possible options.
