Příprava a organizace florbalového turnaje

Abstract

Tématem této bakalářské práce je příprava a organizace florbalového turnaje. Cílem je rozbor plánování a organizování, zjištění chyb a navržení doporučení ke zdárnému vylepšení pro následující ročníky. Práce popisuje přípravnou, realizační a závěrečnou fázi turnaje. Jako metody a techniky výzkumu byl zvolen osobní rozhovor, pozorování, dotazníkové šetření a SWOT analýza. Autorka doporučila změny pro další uskutečnění tohoto turnaje.

The theme of this thesis is the preparation and organization of floorball tournament. The aim is to analyze the planning and organizing, error detection and propose recommendations to the successful improvements for the following years. This work describes preparatory, implementation and final stage of the tournament. As research methods and techniques was elected a personal interview, observation, questionnaire survey and SWOT analysis. The author has recommended changes for the next realization of this tournament.
