Organizace fotbalového turnaje pro mládež

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo nastínit organizaci fotbalového turnaje pro mládežnickou kategorii před, během a po turnaji. První kapitola práce byla zaměřena na teoretická východiska sportovní akce. Zaměření bylo hlavně na části jako management ve sportu, jeho definice a hlavní manažerské funkce. Dále pak na marketing a marketingový mix ve sportu a jeho nástroje. Druhá kapitola byla zaměřena na charakteristiku organizace fotbalového turnaje a byla zde popsána jeho myšlenka a realizace. Bylo představeno plánování a ekonomické posouzení turnaje. V závěru práce byly shrnuty výsledky šetření, návrhy a doporučení.

The aim of this thesis was to outline the organization of the football tournament for the youth category before, during and after the tournament. The first chapter focused on the theoretical background of sporting events. The focus was mainly on the part of management as in sports, the definition of the main managerial functions. Furthermore, the marketing and the marketing mix in the sport and his tools. The second section focused on the characteristics of the organization of the football tournament and was described here the idea and implementation. It was introduced planning and economic assessment of the tournament. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes the results of the survey, suggestions and recommendations.
