Analýza zásob v podniku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo provést analýzu současného stavu zásob ve společnosti AL INVEST Břidličná, a.s. Na základě dosažených výsledků následně navrhnout směry řešení, které pomohou společnosti k efektivnějšímu řízení zásob. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. V první části bakalářské práce jsou uvedena teoretická východiska řízení zásob. Součástí aplikační části je charakteristika společnosti a analýza současného stavu zásob ve společnosti. Při zpracování analýzy zásob byla provedena ABC analýza objemů toků mezi divizemi a pomocí propočtů byl zjištěn skutečný stav zásob. V závěrečné kapitole jsou uvedeny návrhy řešení problémových oblastí, které společnosti pomohou k efektivnějšímu řízení zásob.

The aim of bachelor´s thesis was to analyze the current situation of inventory in the company of AL INVEST Břidličná, Ltd. Based on the results then suggest various solutions that will help company to more efficient inventory management. The bachelor´s thesis is divided into theoretical and application parts. In the first part of the bachelor's thesis are defined theoretical background of inventory management. Part of the aplication part is the description of the company and analysis of inventory in the company. When processing the inventory analysis was performed ABC analysis volume flows between divisions and using calculations was identified the actual situation of inventory. In the final chapter sets out proposals for solving the problem areas, which will help the company to more efficient inventory management.
