Analýza managementu vybrané sportovní akce

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na analýzu managementu závodu v běhu na lyžích. Pro analýzu byl vybrán tradiční závod Moravskoslezského kraje - Šrubařův memoriál. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy z oblastí managementu, sportovního managementu, sportu a běhu na lyžích. V praktické části je analyzován management pomocí metod pozorování, dotazování a analýzy dokumentů. Závod byl vlivem počasí zrušen a v důsledku toho byl sestaven krizový scénář a doporučení pro práci managementu v budoucích ročnících.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the management analysis of a cross country skiing race. The Šrubař's memorial, that is being analyzed, is a traditional competition in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The first, theoretical part focuses on the explanation of key terms in fields of management, sports management, sport and cross-country skiing. The practical part deals with the management analysis using the methods of observation, interviewing and document analysis. The race has been canceled due to the weather, therefore the conclusion deals with a worst-case scenario and recommendations for management in the future.
