| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití vybraných nástrojů managementu kvality při analýze příčin reklamací ve výrobním odvětví hutnictví a výroba trubek.
Teoretická část se týká definic základních pojmů, důvodů vzniku reklamací, opatření a předcházení reklamací a nástroje pro provedení a řešení reklamací.
Praktická část bakalářské práce zahrnuje období od roku 2009 do roku 2013. Tato část je zaměřena na analýzu dat reklamací, vyhodnocení příčin a následné doporučené opatření pro zabránění opakování reklamací. | cs |
