Stínová ekonomika a způsoby jejího měření

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je měření stínové ekonomiky ve vybrané zemi a zhodnocení dosažených výsledků. Metody, které byly v práci použity, jsou deskripce, odhad, dedukce a komparace. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se věnuje definici základních pojmů, které jsou důležité pro pochopení základů stínové ekonomiky. Druhá kapitola popisuje základní metody měření stínové ekonomiky a zaměřuje se na konkrétní empirické práce. Ve třetí kapitole je pomocí Gutmannovy metody proveden autorský odhad stínové ekonomiky v České republice na období 2002 až 2013. V kapitole je dále prezentována velikost stínové ekonomiky ve vybraných zemích. Pozornost je dále věnována stínové ekonomice v rámci Visegrádské čtyřky.

The aim of the thesis is the measurement of the shadow economy in the selected country and estimate the results. The methods that were used in the work are the description, estimation, inference and comparison. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter describes to the definition of basic concepts that are important for understanding the basics of the shadow economy. The second chapter describes the basic methods of measuring the informal economy, and focuses on specific empirical work. In the third chapter of the thesis is using the Gutmann method to implement an estimation of the shadow economy in the Czech Republic for the period 2002 to 2013. The chapter also presents the size of the shadow economy in selected countries. Attention is also paid to the shadow economy within the Visegrad Group coutries.
