Konkurenceschopnost neziskové organizace

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti neziskové organizace. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je analyzovat současný stav neziskové organizace, aplikovat vybrané metody a navrhnout řešení pro posílení konkurenceschopnosti organizace. Dílčími cíli jsou vymezit pojem konkurenceschopnost v podmínkách neziskového sektoru a nalézt a popsat vhodné metody a postupy k měření konkurenceschopnosti neziskových organizací. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní pojmy, metody a analýzy, které souvisí s konkurenceschopností. V praktické části je představena nezisková organizace, zanalyzována současná situace a jsou aplikovány některé metody strategického řízení.

The theme of the thesis is evaluation the competitiveness of the non-profit organization. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the current status of the non-profit organization to apply selected methods and design solutions for enhancing competitiveness of the organization. The partial objectives are to define the concept of competitiveness in the terms of the non-profit sector and to find and describe appropriate methods and procedures for measuring the competitiveness of non-profit organizations. In the theoretical section are described the basic concepts, methods and analyzes, which are related to competitiveness. In the practical part is presented the non-profit organization, analyzed the current situation and are applied some methods of strategic management.
