Migrace pracovních sil a problém multikulturalismu v EU

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá migrací ve vybraných zemích Evropské unie v období let 2001 až 2012. Jejím cílem je zhodnotit vlivy této migrace na vybrané země Evropské unie. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá teoretickým vymezením migrace a multikulturalismu. Jsou zde představeny teoretické přístupy k migraci a také vliv migrace na pracovní trh. V dalších kapitolách jsou popsány počty cizinců ve vybraných zemích a také počty žadatelů o azyl v těchto zemích. Také je zde zhodnocení vlivů migrace ve vybraných zemích se zaměřením vlivu makroekonomických ukazatelů a to míry nezaměstnanosti, výše minimální mzdy na HDP. Výsledkem této práce je zjištění, že míra nezaměstnanosti, výše minimální mzdy a velikost HDP země mají zásadní vliv na počty imigrantů ve vybraných zemích.

This thesis deals with migration in selected countries of the European Union in the period 2001 to 2012. Its objective is to evaluate and analyze the effects of migration on selected countries of the European Union. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter deals with the theoretical definition of migration and multiculturalism. There is presented theoretical approaches to migration and the impact of migration on the labor market. The following chapters describe the number of foreigners in selected countries and also the number of asylum seekers in these countries. There is also evaluation of the effects of migration on the selected countries and it is to focus on the impact of unemployment, the minimum wage and the GDP. The result of this work is the finding that the rate of unemployment, the minimum wage and the size of the country's GDP have a major impact on the number of immigrants in selected countries.
