| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hospodaření příspěvkové organizace působící v oblasti zdravotnictví. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza hospodaření Psychiatrické nemocnice v Opavě v letech 2009–2013, určení problémových oblastí a navržení doporučení směřujících ke zlepšení hospodaření v této organizaci. Teoretická část diplomové práce definuje základní poznatky týkající se systému a organizace psychiatrické péče v České republice a způsobů jejího financování. V praktické části je uvedena základní charakteristika Psychiatrické nemocnice v Opavě a dále je v rámci této kapitoly provedena analýza hospodaření v letech 2009–2013. Zhodnocení hospodaření včetně doporučení a návrhů směřující ke zlepšení finančního hospodaření v Psychiatrické nemocnici v Opavě je obsahem závěrečné kapitoly. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis is focused on financial management of the contributory organization working in public health care area. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the financial management of the Psychiatric Hospital in Opava in 2009-2013, identify problem areas and propose recommendations to improve the financial management of this organization. Theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic knowledge regarding the system and the organization of psychiatric care in the Czech Republic and its financing methods. Practical part describes the Psychiatric Hospital in Opava and provides an analysis of the financial management in 2009-2013. Evaluation of the financial management is part of the final chapter as well as recommendations and suggestions to improve the financial management in the Psychiatric Hospital in Opava. | en |
