Analýza rozhodovacího procesu žadatelů o hypoteční úvěr

Abstract

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce byla analýza rozhodovacího procesu žadatele o hypoteční úvěr. V diplomové práci se zaměřujeme na kritérium výběru poskytovatele hypotečního úvěru, co žadatele motivuje k tomu, žádat o hypoteční úvěr a také to, jaké jsou preference typu, výše a dalších parametrů úvěru. Na základě výzkumu jsou potom v závěrečné části diplomové práce uvedeny konkrétní návrhy a doporučení pro poskytovatele hypotečních úvěrů.

The main aim of this thesis was to analyze the decision making process of mortgage loan applicants. This thesis focuses on the problem of what is the main criterion for choosing mortgage loan grantor, what motivates the applicants and also on what type, amount and other parameters of mortgage loan they request. At the end of this thesis are listed specific recommendations and suggestions for mortgage loan grantors based on the research.
