Měkké kompetence studentů a absolventů vysokých škol

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá vyhodnocením úrovně měkkých kompetencí u náhodného vzorku studentů a absolventů vysokých škol v Olomouckém kraji a zároveň poskytuje možná opatření vedoucí k posílení daných kompetencí. První dvě části obsahují definice pojmů kompetence a měkké kompetence, je nastíněn jejich význam, vznik a členění. Dále jsou popsány již provedené analýzy na dané téma. V předposlední části byl proveden vlastní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření mezi studenty a absolventy VŠ v Olomouckém kraji. Poslední část je věnována návrhům a doporučením pro studenty, absolventy, zaměstnavatele a vysoké školy, jak zefektivnit zaměstnatelnost studentů a absolventů na trhu práce. Posouzení úrovně měkkých kompetencí studentů a absolventů potvrdilo závěry již provedených analýz jen částečně. Ukázalo se, že studenti i absolventi hodnotí své měkké kompetence lépe, než je jejich skutečná úroveň. Mají také vesměs menší úroveň zvládání jednotlivých kompetencí než je potřeba pro výkon jejich povolání.

This paper deals with the evaluation of the level of soft skills on a random sample of students and graduates in the Olomouc region and also provides possible measures to strengthen the attainment of competence. The first two parts contain definitions of competencies and soft skills, outlines the importance of their formation and breakdown. There are also described the carried out analyses of the topic. In another part my own research was conducted using a questionnaire survey among students and graduates in the Olomouc region. The last section deals with the suggestions and recommendations for students, graduates, employers and universities to streamline the employability of students and graduates in the labor market. Assessment of soft skills levels of students and graduates have confirmed the findings of the analyses carried out only partially. It turned out that students and graduates assess their soft competencies better than their actual level. They also generally have lower level management of individual competencies than it is needed for their professions.
