Stanovení hodnoty podniku Granitol a. s.

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti Granitol a.s. pomocí vybraných metod. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny teoretické základy oceňování, kategorie hodnot, důvody a správné postupy oceňování. Praktická část se zabývá popisem a charakteristikou podniku. Závěr práce obsahuje stanovení hodnoty společnosti pomocí vybraných výnosových metod, výpočty a zhodnocení analýz.

The aim of diploma thesis is determining the value of the company Granitol a.s. with using the chosen methods. The theoreticalpart describes the basic terms of the value , the categories of values, the reasons and right procedures of company valuation. The practical part deals with the describes and characterizes of company. The end of thesis contains the determining the value of company by chosen yield valuation methods, calculations and final evaluation of analysis.
