Financování investiční akce v obci Hněvotín

Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo nalézt způsob financování výstavby sportovního areálu v obci Hněvotín bez možnosti využít prostředků z Evropské unie. V rámci diplomové práce bylo nejdříve popsáno fungování obcí a jejich rozpočet. V další části byl zanalyzován rozpočet obce Hněvotín. Tato analýza byla podkladem pro praktickou část diplomové práce, ve které byly zhodnoceny náklady na výstavbu sportovního areálu a zároveň možnosti jejího financování. V rámci těchto možností byly zváženy možnosti financování úvěrem, z vlastního rozpočtu, ze zdrojů Státního rozpočtu a operačních fondů Evropské unie. Na základě analýzy těchto možností pak byl proveden návrh vhodné varianty financování výstavby sportovního areálu v obci Hněvotín, který je založen na volných zdrojích obce, úvěru od České spořitelny a.s., a v případě přidělení dotace i na dotaci z prostředků Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy.

The aim of this work was to find a way to finance the construction of a sports complex in the village Hněvotín without the resources of European Union funds. The thesis was first described the functioning of municipalities and their budget. The next section was analyzed Hněvotín municipal budget. This analysis was the basis for the practical part of the thesis, in which they were assessed cost of constructing a sports complex and the possibility of its financing. Within these options were considered financing by loan, from its own budget, from the State budget and operating funds of the European Union. Based on the analysis of these options was done then the most appropriate options for financing the construction of a sports complex in the village Hněvotín, which is based on the free resources of the village, a loan from the Czech Savings Bank, and in the case of the allocation of grants to grants from the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports.
