Analýza přínosů vnitřního trhu Evropské unie se zaměřením na konkrétní české firmy

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce bylo na základě teoretických východisek a analýzy vnitřního trhu Evropské unie charakterizovat postavení České republiky, včetně přínosů a nákladů pro společnosti AVL Moravia s. r. o. a TIGEMMA, spol. s. r. o. Pro dosažení stanoveného cíle byla formulována hypotéza: Vnitřní trh Evropské unie přinesl pozitivní dopad na rozvoj podnikatelského prostředí v České republice, která byla v závěru potvrzena. Teoretická část je věnována problematice vnitřního trhu Evropské unie, od jeho počátků až do současného vývoje. Ve druhé části je zhodnocena spolupráce České republiky a Evropské unie v prostředí vnitřního trhu. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřena na dvě konkrétní firmy. Společnost AVL Moravia s. r. o., se sídlem v Hranicích, která působí v automobilovém průmyslu, se specializací na výrobu testovacích zařízení a společnost TIGEMMA, spol. s. r. o., sídlící v Bělotíně a poskytující kvalitní služby v oblasti strojírenství. V této kapitole je zanalyzován vývoj jednotlivých společností od jejich založení až po současnost, se zaměřením na vliv vnitřního trhu Evropské unie. Závěrem je provedeno finální zhodnocení současného postavení konkrétních firem, s případnými doporučeními, jakým směrem by se měly jednotlivé firmy do budoucna ubírat a na co by se měly popřípadě zaměřit, pro upevnění své pozice na rozsáhlém a konkurenčním trhu Evropské unie.

The aim of the thesis was based on the theoretical background and analysis of the European Single Market to characterize the position of the Czech Republic, including cost benefit analysis to AVL Moravia Ltd. and TIGEMMA Ltd. The hypothesis was formulated to achieve stated objective: The European Single Market had a positive impact on the development of the business environment in the Czech Republic, which was confirmed at the end of the thesis. The theoretical part is devoted to the European Single Market, from its beginnings to the current situation. The cooperation of the Czech Republic and the European Single Market is evaluated in the second part. The practical part of the thesis focuses on two specific companies. The company AVL Moravia Ltd. from Hranice operates in the automotive industry, specializing in the production of test equipment. The company TIGEMMA Ltd. from Bělotín provides services in the engineering. In this chapter is analysed progression from its beginnings to the present, focusing on impact of the European Single Market. At the end of the thesis is realized final assessment of the current situation, with any recommendations to its future. Companies should focus on strengthening its position in the large and competitive European market.
