Ekonomická a právní regulace podnikání v cestovním ruchu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá sestavením reálného podnikatelského záměru pro založení cestovní kanceláře. Práce obsahuje tři části, a to část teoretickou, která charakterizuje samotné podnikání a cestovní ruch, dále samostatnou část týkající se právní regulace podnikání v cestovním ruchu a praktickou část, která se věnuje návrhu podnikatelského záměru. Praktická část zahrnuje popis cestovní kanceláře včetně reálného jména a loga, analýzu prostředí, SWOT analýzu, kalkulaci poznávacího a pobytového zájezdu, finanční plán včetně finančních výkazů. Součástí bakalářské práce je také vize do budoucna s cílem realizovat podnikatelský záměr v roce 2017.

This bachelor thesis deals with forming the real business plan for establishing of the travel agency. The thesis contains three parts which are the theoretical one characterizing business and tourism itself, the part regarding law regulations of business in tourism and the practical part devoting to the suggestion of the business plan. The practical part consists of the description of the travel agency including the real name and its logo, environment analysis, the SWOT analysis, calculation of sightseeing and hotel-based tours, the financial plan including financial statements. The future vision is the part of the thesis containing the aim to accomplish the business plan in 2017.
