Financování výstavby sportovišť v obci

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na financování výstavby sportovišť v obci v období 2008 – 2013. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat a zhodnotit finanční zdroje využité na výstavbu sportovišť v obci ve sledovaném období 2008 – 2013 a jaký přínos měla výstavba sportovišť pro její obyvatele. První část bakalářské práce je věnována sportovní infrastruktuře, její historii, jejímu členění, plánování a financování a urbanistickým ukazatelům. Druhá kapitola je věnována základní charakteristice obcí a jejich úkolům, rozpočtu obcí, základní charakteristice Obce Velké Heraltice a analýze jejího rozpočtu. Třetí kapitola pojednává o výstavbě a financování sportovní infrastruktury v obci Velké Heraltice. Podrobně je popsáno, jaká sportoviště byla vybudována, jaké musely být splněny podmínky, a z jakých finančních zdrojů obec získávala finanční prostředky na tuto výstavbu.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with the funding the construction of sports facilities in the village in the period 2008 – 2013. The aim of the thesis was to analyse and evaluate the use of the funding resources for the construction of the sports facilities in the village in the examined period 2008 – 2013 and what benefit the construction of the sports facilities had for the inhabitants of the village. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the sports facilities infrastructure, its history, its structuring, planning, funding and urban indicators. The second part is dedicated to the basic characteristics of villages and their tasks, budgets of villages, to the basic characteristics of Velké Heraltice village and its budget analysis. It is described in detail what sports facilities were built, what conditions had to be met and from which funds the village received funding for this construction.
