Analýza a komparace managementu vybraných fotbalových klubů

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vypracování stručné analýzy a komparace managementu dvou vybraných fotbalových klubů z nejvyšší české fotbalové soutěže. Úkolem bylo odhalit a zdůvodnit rozdíly mezi nimi. Teoretická část byla věnována základním pojmům, praktická část výzkumnému šetření klubů. Ze získaných informací byla provedena analýza a následná komparace obou klubů. V závěru práce jsou návrhy a doporučení, které by mohly klubům pomoci ke zlepšení současné situace.

This bachelor thesis was to analyze and comparison of two selected football clubs from the highest czech football competition. The task was to reveal and justify the differences between them. The theoretical part was focused to basic notions and the practical part to research and comparison of clubs. An analysis and subsequent comparison of both clubs were done according to the acquired informations. In the end of thesis are suggestions and recommendations that would help clubs to improve the current situation.
