Optimalizace hospodaření obce Dolní Bečva

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je představit fungování obce v užších souvislostech a přiblížit obec na příkladech soukromého podniku. Optimalizace hospodaření obce je zaměřena především na snížení výdajů spojených s dodávkami energií a službami pojištění majetku a osob. Podstatu řešení tvoří získání nových dodavatelů zmíněných služeb. Na základě výsledků bylo dosaženo nemalých úspor, díky kterým je možné financovat další rozvoj obce. Tato práce také poukazuje na přínosy vyplývající z využívání dotací na konkrétních příkladech z praxe. Přínosem této práce není pouze dosažení úspor, ale také zvolení, co možná nejracionálnějších pojistných podmínek pro pojištění majetku a osob.

The objective of this bachelor thesis is to present the functioning of municipality in the narrower context on examples of private enterprise. Optimization of the village is focused on reducing expenses associated with energy supply, personal and property insurance. The essence of the solution is to acquire new suppliers of these services. Based on the results, we achieved considerable savings, that can be used to fund further development of the municipality. This work also highlights the benefits arising from the usage of subsidies on specific examples from practice. The benefits of this work are not only the savings, but also selecting perhaps the most rational insurance conditions for personal and property insurance.
