Krize evropské ekonomické integrace

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je krize evropské ekonomické integrace se zaměřením na současné problémy eurozóny a možné perspektivy překonání současné krize. Hlavním cílem práce je tedy zanalyzovat nastalou situaci a pokusit se nastínit perspektivy budoucí spolupráce na úrovni hospodářské a měnové unie.

V první části práce jsou uvedeny základní východiska ekonomické integrace a následná aplikace stupňů ekonomické integrace v procesu vývoje Evropské unie. Následující kapitola pojednává o ekonomické krizi eurozóny. Poslední část práce pak přináší řešení krize na institucionální úrovni Evropské unie a možné scénáře budoucího vývoje eurozóny a tedy samotného procesu evropské ekonomické integrace.

Bakalářská práce poukazuje na to, že ekonomická krize nebyla hlavním důvodem současné situace v eurozóně. Problémy v podobě nekoordinovaných hospodářských politik a nezodpovědných rozpočtových disciplín, zde byly již od počátku vzniku eurozóny. Podstata práce spočívá v tom, že na základě zhodnocení zmíněné problematiky dochází k posouzení možných perspektiv budoucí spolupráce v hospodářské a měnové unii a následnému stanovení optimální varianty budoucího vývoje, který je spatřován v již nastoupené cestě k fiskální unii.

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the European economic integration crisis with a focus on the current Euro zone’s problems and possible perspectives as for overcoming this current crisis. The main goal of this thesis is therefore to analyze the current situation and to try and outline the prospects of the future cooperation at the level of economic and monetary union.

The first part outlines the basic assumptions of economic integration and the subsequent application of economic integration in the development process of the European Union. The following chapter deals with the economic crisis of the Euro zone. The last part of the thesis puts forward a solution to the crisis at institutional level of the European Union and possible scenarios of the Euro zone’s future development and therefore the actual process of European economic integration.

The bachelor thesis points out that the economic crisis was not the main reason for the current situation in the Euro zone. Problems such as uncoordinated economic policies and irresponsible budgetary disciplines have been here since the very beginning of the Euro zone. The essence of work lies in the fact that based on the evaluation of the issues mentioned above, possible perspectives of future cooperation in the economic and monetary union are assessed, and subsequently an optimal variant for future development is determined. This is already seen in the path towards a fiscal union.
