Dopad zavedení místního koeficientu u daně z nemovitých věcí

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce popisuje daň z nemovitých věcí v České republice, jsou popsány základní části této daně. Také je popsána daňová soustava České republiky. V druhé části je tato daň srovnána s daní slovenskou teoreticky a rovněž prakticky na příkladech. Poslední část je zaměřena na zjištění vlivu zavedení místního koeficientu u daně z nemovitých věcí na výši výsledné daně.

This bachelor thesis describes real estate tax in the Czech republic, describes the basic parts of this tax. Also the Czech system of taxes is described. There is a Czech tax compared with the real estate tax in Slovakia on the second part of this thesis. First in theory, then practicly on examples. The last part of this thesis is focused on the impact of local coefficient implementation to real estate tax.
