Ekonomicko technologický efekt generální opravy a modernizace těžkého obráběcího stroje

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na problematiku generální opravy a modernizace těžkého obráběcího stroje v podniku Vítkovice Power Engineering. Stroj se bude modernizovat z důvodu jeho fyzického i morálního stáří. V úvodu je popsáno rozdělení CNC vyvrtávaček, problematika modernizace strojů a jejich údržby. Cílem samotné práce je popis možností modernizace těžkého obráběcího stroje, návrh možného provedení a definování oblastí s možnými úsporami. Modernizace stroje v podniku probíhá formou výběrového řízení, na závěr byly porovnány nabídky možné opravy stroje a pomocí metody vícekriteriálního rozhodování byla vybrána nejvhodnější varianta.

This work is focused on general repairs and modernization of heavy machine tool in the company Vitkovice Power Engineering. The machine will modernize by reason of his physical and moral age. The introduction describes the distribution of CNC boring machines, the issue of modernization of machines and their maintenance. The aim of this work is a description of options for the modernization of heavy machine tool, a proposal of a possible execution and define areas of possible savings. Modernization of machine in the company takes the form of tender, I finally compare offers of possible to repair the machine and using the method of multi-criteria decision, I chose the best option.
