Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou motivace zaměstnanců. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pojmy jako motivace, stimulace, na existující teorie pracovní motivace a nástrojům motivace. Praktická část zkoumá prostřednictvím rozhovorů a písemného dotazníku motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci.

The subject of this thesis is to analyse methods of motivating employees. The theoretical part is devoted to the concept of motivation, stimulation, existing theories of work motivation and motivation instruments. The practical part of the thesis investigates using interview techniques and written questioning focuses on employee motivation in choosen organization.
