| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce pojednává o hodnocení systému řízení vybrané příspěvkové organizace (Dům dětí a mládeže v Bílovci). V práci jsou použity metody SWOT a PEST analýzy pro popsání hlavních prvků vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí vybrané organizace, a vertikální analýzy rozvahy a výkazu zisků a ztrát. Na základě získaných poznatků dojde ke shrnutí a formulaci doporučujících návrhů. | cs |
| dc.description.abstract | The bachelor thesis is focused on an evaluation of a management system in a chosen contributory organization (Centre for children and youth in Bílovec). In the thesis SWOT and PEST analyses are used for a description of important elements coming from internal and external organizational environment. To check a financial situation of the organization a vertical analysis of balance sheet and profit and loss account is applied. According to main findings, recommended proposals are formulated and discussed. | en |
