Podnikatelský plán nově vznikající firmy

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je podnikatelský plán nově vznikajícího podniku. Cílem této práce je zjistit, zda by byl daný záměr realizovatelný v praxi. Jde o to se vůbec pro tento projekt rozhodnout, nebo ne. Je spojen s velkými počátečními náklady a následné dlouhodobé přežití, je velkým otazníkem. Jedná se o vytvoření dětské skupiny. Zapojení dětí předškolního věku do aktivit, které jsou pro ně často zapomenuty. V první části práce jsou vymezeny teoretické poznatky z oblasti podnikání, tržního okolí a strategie. V praktické části je už samotné zpracování veškerých potřebných údajů. Plán tržeb, rozvaha, cash flow, výkaz zisku a ztrát, celkové náklady a další propočty. V závěru je shrnutí a zhodnocení zda by tento projekt byl úspěšný a byl by provozu schopný.

The theme of this thesis is the business plan for the emerging enterprise. The aim of this work is to determine whether the plan was feasible in practice.
