Abstract

This thesis summarizes the activities performed during the professional practise in the Tieto Czech s.r.o. on the position of Technical Specialist in the team of Microsoft Windows Server Administration platform. The process of solving common incidents is described, as well as improvement of infrastructure and procedure transferring servers from test to production environment. In addition to real-world examples of solving the problems there are also there some situations when theory is against practice. You can also become familiar with the processes that belongs to the technical work and which should be followed when you are working in a team in environment of global company.
