Ekonomická a finanční analýza vybrané společnosti s ručením omezeným

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na ekonomickou a finanční analýzu. Úkolem ekonomické a finanční analýzy je posouzení finanční a ekonomické situace společnosti pomocí specifických postupů a metod. Finanční analýzy poukazuje nejen na silné stránky, ale zároveň pomáhá odhalit případné poruchy ve finančním hospodaření. Zdrojem informací pro její sestavení jsou účetní výkazy dané společnosti.

Cílem této práce je provedení ekonomické a finanční analýzy vybrané společnosti s ručením omezeným. Po objasnění významu a charakteristiky dané problematiky je stručně charakterizována analyzovaná společnost. V praktické části je provedena vertikální a horizontální analýza účetních výkazu vybrané společnosti. Dále jsou vypočteny a vyhodnoceny jednotlivé poměrové ukazatele finanční analýzy. V rámci ekonomické analýzy je vybraná společnost hodnocena pomocí bankrotních a bonitních modelů.

V závěru práce jsou souhrnně zhodnoceny výsledky provedené ekonomické a finanční analýzy.

This work is focused on the economic and financial analysis. The aim of the economic and financial analysis is to consider financial and economic situation of the enterprise with the help of specific procedures and methods. The financial analysis emphasizes the strengths of the company and reveals potential financial management mistakes as well. The source of information in order to construct it comes from financial statements of given corporation.

The purpose of this work is to conduct economical and financial analysis of the selected limited liability company. After the clarification of the importance and characteristics of given issue the analysed company is characterised. In the practical part of the task vertical and horizontal analysis of financial statements is performed. Furthermore there are calculated and evaluated the specific ratio indicators of financial analysis. In the field of economic analysis there is the chosen company evaluated with the use of bankruptcy and credit scoring models.

In the conclusion of this work there are aggregately valorised results of the economic and financial analysis.
