Posouzení finanční výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je posouzení finanční výkonnosti podniku. Cílem bakalářské práce je hodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku XY se sídlem v Praze za období 2010 – 2014 pomocí metod finanční analýzy, identifikovat problémové oblasti a navrhnout možná opatření pro zlepšení.Práce je rozdělena do pěti kapitol, včetně úvodu a závěru. Ve druhé kapitole jsou vymezeny teoretické východiska hodnocení finanční výkonnosti, kde jsou blíže specifikováni uživatelé finanční analýzy, popsány jednotlivé účetní výkazy a metody finanční analýzy. Ve třetí kapitole je charakterizována činnost analyzovaného podniku. Následuje aplikace vybraných metod hodnocení finanční výkonnosti podniku. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení a návrhů na zlepšení situace v budoucnu.

The subject of this thesis is assessment of company’s financial performance. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial performance of the company XY with headquarters in Prague for the period 2010 - 2014 via the techniques of financial analysis, identify problem’s areas and propose possible measures for improvement. The thesis is divided into five chapters, including the introduction and conclusion. In the second chapter we define the theoretical basis for evaluating financial performance, which are specified users of financial analysis, describes the separate financial statements and financial analysis methods. The third chapter is characterized by the activity of a company.In the fourth chapter are applied the selected methods of evaluating financial performance of the company. The conclusion is devoted to the evaluation and suggestions for improving the situation in the future.
