Spolupráce obcí v regionu

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je Spolupráce obcí v regionu. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat formy spolupráce, které je možné v rámci platné legislativy realizovat. Na základně konkrétního příkladu v podobě dobrovolného svazku obcí Regionu Slezská brána je zhodnocen přínos, který členství přináší obcím při spolupráci. Práce vymezuje formy spolupráce, do kterých je možnost se zapojit na území Moravskoslezského kraje. Nejpočetnější spolupráci v rámci kraje je spolupráce formou dobrovolných svazků obcí. Pomocí hospodaření a činnosti Regionu Slezská brána je ukázán přínos pro obce.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of Cooperation of Municipalities in a Region. The objective of this work was to chart forms of cooperation that are possible to implement under the existing legislation. The benefits of membership in such cooperation are shown on a particular example of voluntary alliance of municipalities Porta Silesiana (Region Slezská Brána). The thesis also defines forms of cooperation which are available for the municipalities in the Moravian-Silesian region. The most common form of cooperation in the region are voluntary alliances of municipalities. The economy and activities of the Porta Silesiana region illustrate how municipalities can benefit from these alliances.
