Analýza investic v obci Oskava

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice výstavby kanalizace v obci Oskava. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je věnována hospodaření s majetkem obce, organizaci a zabezpečování veřejných statků a služeb územní správou a tvorbě obecního rozpočtu. Pozornost je také zaměřena na podmínky a způsob výstavby veřejné kanalizace. Dále se zabývá teoretickými východisky investičního rozhodování. V praktické části je řešena ekonomická efektivnost investice. V závěrečné části práce jsou zhodnocené veškeré důsledky výstavby kanalizace, příčiny a varianty řešení soudních sporů, vlivy na rozpočet obce, výsledek zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti projektu a důsledky investičního projektu na finanční a ekonomickou stabilitu obce Oskava.

The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency of investment construction of sewers in the village Oskava. The theoretical part is devoted to the management of municipal property, organizing and providing public goods and services, territorial administration and the formation of the municipal budget. Attention is also focused on the conditions and manner of construction of public sewers. It also deals with theoretical basis of investment decisions. The practical part deals with the economic efficiency of the investment. In the final part are evaluated all the consequences of the construction of sewers, causes and possible solutions litigation impacts on the municipal budget, the result of evaluation of the economic efficiency of the project and the implications of the investment project's financial and economic stability of the municipality Oskava.
