Návrh dlouhodobého finančního plánu firmy

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh dlouhodobého finančního plánu společnosti DaF – PROJEKT s.r.o. na jednotlivá čtvrtletí let 2016 – 2018. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do 6 kapitol. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na popis teoretických východisek finančního plánování. Jsou popsány metody a zásady plánování, charakteristiky krátkodobého a dlouhodobého finančního plánu včetně postupu jeho tvorby. Závěrem je zmíněna podstata finanční kontroly, finanční analýzy a citlivostní analýzy. Třetí kapitola je věnována představení podnikatelského subjektu DaF – PROJEKT s.r.o. Jsou naznačeny základní identifikační údaje a předmět podnikání společnosti. Součástí je také krátká historie a aktuální směr vývoje podniku. Ve čtvrté části je zhotoven návrh dlouhodobého finančního plánu. Jsou sestaveny plány jednotlivých výnosových, nákladových a rozvahových položek výkazů. Zpracován je plánovaný výkaz zisku a ztrát, rozvahy a výkaz cash flow. V závěru práce je provedena finanční analýza s pomoci poměrových ukazatelů rentability, likvidity a zadluženosti. Následně je zkoumána citlivost čistého zisku a cash flow na změnu tržeb.

The goal of the bachelor thesis is the proposal of the long-term financial plan for the company DaF – PROJEKT s.r.o. for quarters of years 2016 – 2018. The bachelor thesis is divided into six chapters. The second chapter is focused on the description of the theoretical basis of financial planning. It describes the methods and the rules of planning, the characteristics of the short-term and long-term financial plan including the process of its creation. Finally, it mentions the basis of financial control, financial analysis and sensitivity analysis. The third chapter is devoted to the presentation of the company DaF – PROJEKT s.r.o. There are outlined company´s basic identification data and definition of the objects of the company. Also the chapter included information about company´s history and direction of business development. In the fourth part the company´s long-term financial plan is proposed. Given parts of the financial plan are proposed: balance sheet, income statement and cash flow. In conclusion of this thesis the financial analysis of the company is performed by using profitability, liquidity and solvency ratios. Subsequently, sensitivity analysis is applied, where the impact of changes in revenues on net profit and cash flow is studied.
