| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybrané obci. Cílem je analyzovat současný systém poskytovaných zaměstnaneckých benefitů a navrhnout řešení pro jejich zlepšení. Teoretická část vytváří podklad pro problematiku zaměstnaneckých benefitů. Praktická část aplikuje teoretické poznatky na konkrétní podmínky vybrané obce. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky a uvedena doporučení, která by měla vést ke zlepšení současného systému zaměstnaneckých benefitů. | cs |

The goal is to analyze the current system of provided employee benefits and propose solutions for improvement. The theoretical part creates the basis for the issue of employee benefits. The practical part applies theoretical knowledge to the specific conditions of selected municipality. In conclusion the results are summarized and recommendations are set, which should lead to improving of the current system of employee benefits. | en |
