Posouzení konkurenceschopnosti podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením konkurenceschopnosti společnosti ZHT Group s. r. o. na základě analýzy vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí a následnému zhodnocení všech zjištěných informací a definování návrhů a doporučení, které by mohly vést ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti dané firmy na trhu. V teoretické části byly vysvětleny pojmy konkurence, konkurenceschopnost a konkurenční výhoda. Dále zde byly vysvětleny metody analýzy konkurenceschopnosti. Jedná se o Porterovu analýzu pěti konkurenčních sil, PESTLE analýzu, analýzu poměrovými ukazateli finanční analýzy a SWOT analýzu. Následně byly informace z rozborů zhodnoceny a byly definovány návrhy a doporučení.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with assessment of the competitiveness of the company ZHT Group s. r. o. Based on an analysis of internal and external environment and subsequent evaluation of all the information gathered and defined proposals and recommendations that could lead to increased competitiveness of the company on the market. The theoretical part explains the concepts of competition, competitiveness and competitive advantage. There were also explained the methods of analysis of competitiveness. This is Porter's five forces analysis, PESTLE analysis, analysis of financial ratios of financial analysis and SWOT analysis. Subsequently, the information was evaluated from analyses and was defined suggestions and recommendations.
