Přímé zahraniční investice Číny v České republice

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit vývoj a stav přímých zahraničních investic Číny v ČR, s důrazem na analýzu dopadů čínských investic na českou ekonomiku. Práce se věnuje formování výlučné pravomoci EU v oblasti přímých zahraničních investic a řešení změn v této oblasti, které nastaly implementací Lisabonské smlouvy. Zabývá se postavením EU ve světové ekonomice v rámci přímých zahraničních investic, kdy je EU porovnávána především s USA a Čínou. Závěrečná část hodnotí současný stav přímých zahraničních investic Číny v ČR a následně je porovnává s dalšími asijskými zeměmi, které uskutečňují svou investorskou činnost na území ČR. Dále práce analyzuje dopady čínských investic na českou ekonomiku a potenciál ČR pro čínské investory. Práce je doplněna mnoha grafy a tabulkami, které znázorňují výsledky zkoumání dané problematiky.

The goal of this Bachelor thesis is to evaluate development and status of foreign direct investment of China in the Czech Republic with emphasis on analysis of the impact of Chinese investment in Czech economy. Thesis devotes to the formation of exclusive competence of EU in the area of foreign direct investment and solution to changes in this area which occurred with implementation of the Lisbon Treaty. It deals with the position of the EU in the world economy within context of foreign direct investment when EU is compared mainly with US and China. Final part evaluates the currect status of China’s foreign direct investment in the Czech Republic and subsequently compares it with other Asian coutries which are implementing their investment activities in the Czech Republic. The thesis also analyzes the impacts of Chinese investment to Czech economy and the potential of Czech Republic for Chinese investors. Bachelor thesis is completed by many graphs and tables which demonstrate the investigation result of the thesis’s goal.
